Highlights
Come see Lucas van den Berg and I present at Black Hat this week, on interesting new attacker techniques seen by the Trend Micro IR teams this past year, and used by our red team. We'll also share some near-future attacks that we're expecting — notably the use of deepfakes to make social engineering attacks way more effective. We'll talk about how to defend against all of these, without a product pitch. Come see us in Mandalay Bay I on Thursday at 11:25am. https://lnkd.in/eDQC8Xaj
I had the pleasure to chat with Magnus Carling (CISO at Stena AB, a massive diverse Swedish business that runs cargo shipping, ferries and much more) today at Trend Micro's Risk to Resilience event in Stockholm. In this video you can hear Magnus' thoughts on security teams' needs for visibility of in-house developer use of generative AI. We're running this event in over 100 cities this year, come see us in a city near you! https://lnkd.in/ejZySPFX Thank you Lena Clefberg, Martin Fribrock, Trend Micro Europe for hosting! #RiskToResilience
