Since joining Evercore in 2016, Erica has advised Bristol-Myers Squibb on its acquisitions of Celgene and Mirati Therapeutics, and Takeda on its acquisitions of Shire and Nimbus Therapeutics’ TYK2 inhibitor.2 Ms. Hall has also completed a variety of financing transactions for Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Royalty Pharma and Halozyme Therapeutics, among other clients.2
