For the second year, Cartier North America traveled to Martha's Vineyard, an island off the coast of Massachusetts with a rich history and diverse community for what has become a moment of cultural celebration every August. This year we hosted three exclusive Watchmaking Encounters –  one in partnership with the Black in Fashion Council and another in partnership with JP Morgan Black Wealth Strategies. These events brought together people of influence, clients, and friends, and served as a moment to honor and celebrate our Maison’s savior faire. In addition to the Watchmaking Encounters, we continued our sponsorship of the Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival, an annual event that showcases the voices and perspectives of Black filmmakers.

I had the pleasure of spending this past weekend in Los Angeles for Gold House’s annual Gold Gala celebrating the 100 most impactful Asian Pacific leaders in culture and society. Now in its third year, the Gold Gala continues to raise the bar, gathering people of influence across industries and providing a platform to embrace and celebrate cultural heritage and cross-cultural solidarity.

At Cartier North America, we are proud to support Gold House in their mission to unite, invest in, and champion Asian Pacific voices. On this glamorous evening, we were honored to see our creations worn by luminaries like, Padma Lakshmi, Amanda Nguyen, and Regina King.

Congratulations to Bing Chen and the entire Gold House team on an incredible night celebrating Asian Pacific Excellence!
