Erik Fearn is a dedicated United States Coast Guardsman with a passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocacy. Erik attended Peralta Community College for his Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts degree before continuing his education at Holy Names University, focusing on Management and Sports Management. His academic pursuits also led him to study Africana Studies at San Francisco State University, displaying his commitment to a well-rounded education. Additionally, Erik is an alum of Gaffney High School.

Professionally, Erik has served as a Seaman and E-3 in the U.S. Coast Guard, showcasing his commitment to serving his country. His advocacy work includes roles as a Diversity Advocate and LGBTQ+ Athletic Apparel Model at Freedom Gay Clothing and as part of The Afrikatown Community Gardening Project at Qilombo Community Center. He also demonstrated leadership as a Team Leader at The Youth Employment Partnership, Inc. (YEP), emphasizing his dedication to community engagement and mentorship.
