Erin Bromaghim is the Director of Olympic and Paralympic Development for Mayor Eric Garcetti in Los Angeles, focusing on sustainable, inclusive, resilient, and innovative plans for the 2028 Games and beyond.

As a Conrad N. Hilton Foundation Fellow for the Sustainable Development Goals, Erin aligns the City's initiatives with the United Nations' Agenda 2030 to ensure measurable outcomes and Olympic readiness.

With 13 years of experience at the Department of Defense, Erin managed defense, intelligence, and security reform efforts, bringing a wealth of expertise to her current role.

Her education includes studies in General Management, Political Science, Latin American Studies, Latin American Government, and Advanced Project Management from prestigious institutions like Stanford University, Wake Forest University, and Georgetown University.

Prior to her current position, Erin held roles at the Truman Center for National Policy, US Department of Defense, Office of the Secretary of Defense, US Navy, Science Applications International Corporation, and Inter-American Dialogue.
