Erin Byrne is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for promoting evidence-based policy within governments, foundations, and non-profits.

Erin's expertise lies in budgeting & resource planning, cost-effectiveness analysis, program design & evaluation, scaling, organizational strategy development, and design of ERP finance systems.

Education-wise, Erin studied an Advanced Certificate in Public and Non-Profit Financial Management at NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

With a wealth of experience, Erin has held various roles including being a Fellow at the Office of Evaluation Sciences at the US General Services Administration, Senior Advisor, Senior Coordinator, Senior Officer in Research Evaluation and Learning, Officer in Research Evaluation and Learning at the International Rescue Committee, Project Manager at the University of Notre Dame, Research Associate at Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO), and Microfinance intern at Foundation for Sustainable Development.
