As the founder and CEO of sisu, a mental health platform for teens, Erin has led diverse teams across multiple countries, developing products encompassing hardware, software, and AI technologies. Her extensive experience includes collaborating with NGOs, early-stage investment groups, and global health programs to drive positive change in healthcare accessibility and education. Erin's expertise in non-communicable diseases, particularly in diabetes advocacy, has seen her representing international interests and serving in leadership roles at organizations like the International Diabetes Federation and the Young Professionals Chronic Disease Network. Prior to launching sisu, Erin held pivotal roles at Healthworx Studio and Ayana Therapy, where she spearheaded innovative healthcare solutions and digital mental health services tailored to marginalized communities. Her entrepreneurial journey began with Sucre Blue, a groundbreaking nonprofit healthcare venture recognized by esteemed media outlets. Besides her entrepreneurial endeavors, Erin has provided guidance to numerous NGOs and investment groups, leveraging her insights in social enterprise and technology innovation. Education-wise, Erin holds degrees in Entrepreneurship, English, and Data Science from Draper University, Loyola University Chicago, and Oklahoma State University, respectively. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science, Erin resides in Kansas City, Missouri, balancing her professional commitments with family life.
