My favourite part of my job is getting something from concept to market when you aren't quite sure how to get to the final destination. Slowly but surely the paths to your destination start to become clearer–like fog lifting from a road.
What's the secret to navigating the foggy road ahead successfully with a #team? It's pretty simple: #communication, trust in their expertise and making sure to ask the questions that fill in the blanks for all.
Today marked the first meeting for our #hrtech startup between our awesome partners Arounda on #productdesign and Panem on #SEO plus a couple of secret weapons for #marketingautomation (you know who you are).
The meeting started off a little shaky, we didn't know exactly the path forward but as people got comfortable, asked questions and got an understanding of what the other needed, the fog lifted and the way forward got clear.
There is still a long road ahead of us but that feeling of the fog beginning to lift is something that fills me with excitement, hope and confidence.

"People need opportunities to switch careers and learn different skills. In some instances, that will require businesses to help retrain workers. It will require educational institutions to rethink how we prepare young people for the workforce and the need for technical skills or credentials, if not a college degree." This will especially affect workers that are involved in customer interaction! Check out this podcast on how the #covid19 pandemic has reshaped #workforce trends.
