Esther Levy

Esther Levy is an expert in the intersection of health and wellness, specializing in nutrition, group exercise, and teaching/coaching with over a decade of in-field experience with both children and adults.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Biology with a minor in Drama/Dance from Stanford University. Additionally, Esther obtained a Master of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Nutrition and Physical Activity, achieving distinction, from the University of Westminster. She also has a Certificate in Nutrition Science from Stanford University School of Medicine.

Esther paused her professional career abruptly to care for her one year-old son, Andrew, when he was diagnosed with leukemia. For two years, she served as his primary caretaker. In memory of Andrew, she played a pivotal role in founding and endowing the music therapy program at the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford.

Throughout her career, Esther has been involved in various organizations. She was a Board Member at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health and held roles such as Senior Behavior Coach at Kurbo, Inc., Packard Pediatric Weight Control Program Coordinator at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital, Mentor Teacher at Brandeis Hillel Day School, Group Exercise Instructor as a self-employed professional, and an Elementary School Teacher at Brandeis Hillel Day School.
