Ethan Lu

Assistant Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology

Ethan Lu, a seasoned professional in the field of architecture and design, holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan. He is a Registered Architect in NY and NJ, as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. Ethan has an extensive background working with prestigious architectural firms such as FXFOWLE Architects, CookFox Architects, and Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, where he contributed to notable projects like One Bryant Park.

In addition to his design work, Ethan is deeply involved in academia, having taught courses at renowned institutions including Columbia University, Parsons School of Design, and New York Institute of Technology. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology and was previously involved in various roles at the New York School of Interior Design, including Acting Director of Undergraduate Programs and Director of Post-Professional Programs.
