**A Reflection on My Rightpoint Journey **
During my 11 years at Rightpoint, we grew from a small team of 80 to over 1000 globally, were named a Top Workplace for over 10 years, and received numerous awards from our Partners and for the amazing work done by our teams. From being our first recruiter to leading a Global Team of 20, I've driven strategies in Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Capacity, and various HR and Org areas. I worked with a lot of amazingly talented, passionate, and humble people every single day.
Special thanks to Brad Schneider, Ross Freedman, and Vaiva Vaisnys for giving me this opportunity back in 2013 - it has truly been a defining chapter in my career. I also am lucky to have been led and mentored by 3 amazing Chief People Officers Vaiva Vaisnys, Bridget Gotz, Amy Cox, along with countless other leaders I have had a chance to partner with over the years.
