Before his internship at CareStar, Evan honed his interpersonal and customer service skills as a Server and Host at Westminster Village Retirement Community. Here, he interacted with residents and families, providing an enriching and supportive dining experience. This role deepened his appreciation for the importance of compassionate care in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Additionally, his experience as a Field Scout at Co-Alliance, LLP involved critical observation and data analysis related to agribusiness, further enriching his understanding of the healthcare challenges that arise from agricultural practices.
As Evan continues his journey through the Health Services Administration program at Xavier University, he remains engaged with his peers and faculty, actively participating in discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities that further his professional development.
