Ewa Jaruga-Killeen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and research in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Ewa's research interests span across critical care (ARDS, Sepsis), heart failure (gene therapy), aging (dietary restriction, mitochondria, oxidative stress/free radicals), and cancer (cell cycle regulators, biomarkers, gene delivery, immune effector cells).
She conducted postdoctoral research at the Louisiana Cancer Research Consortium in New Orleans, focusing on adenoviral gene therapies for urological cancers. Ewa has also served as an Assistant Professor at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology.
As a Professor Associate at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine, she mentored interdisciplinary research teams in clinical and pre-clinical projects, emphasizing evidence-based medicine in applied physiology, molecular cell biology, biophysics, and statistics.
