Highlights
I’ve a spring in my step this week after formally qualifying as a professional Executive Coach with the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching.
The last 5 months has been a challenging but richly rewarding journey to continue to hone my skills as an individual and team organisational coach.
In the sporting world when running marathons and coaching others I regularly urge my athletes to become comfortable being uncomfortable. This course made me walk my own talk!
Fortunately new kinds of discomfort can lead to growth - particularly when it’s experienced in a trusted and safe environment which the AoEC faculty brilliantly created and curated (and virtually no less).
Not only that but there was a fantastic group of people to connect with, learn from, and develop alongside. I hope we continue to collaborate to keep improving and growing!
I’m now really looking forward to applying what I’ve learned at Adaptavist, with the The Milestone Pursuit, and beyond.
