Fabiola Esposito is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background.

She studied Secundario, Ciencias Naturales at Colegio Cardenal Spinola in Buenos Aires, BA in Media and Social Sciences at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf, a Master's Degree in Globalisation and Development with Distinction at the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, and a BA Hons 1st in Communication and Sociology, Magna cum Laude at Università degli Studi di Milano.

With a rich organizational history, Fabiola previously held the role of Senior Programme Development Advisor at the International Rescue Committee.

During her career, she also served in various positions at Palladium: Make It Possible, including Technical Manager for the DFID-FCO Global Skills for Prosperity (S4P) Hub, Gender and Social Inclusion Adviser for DFID Stamping Out Slavery in Nigeria, Manager for Economic Growth & Green Economy, and Humanitarian Affairs Officer covering the DFID Humanitarian & Stabilisation Operations Team (HSOT), among others.

Additionally, Fabiola worked as a Freelance Consultant, Co-Editor & Researcher on Latin American Affairs at On Lookout Emerging Markets, Programme Officer at European Development Days for the European Commission (EuropeAid), and held roles at JADE - European Confederation of Junior Enterprises, Accom Consulting Spain, and JECoMM - Junior Enterprise Marketing and Communication Milano.
