Faith Flanigan is a dedicated professional working towards radical systems change and making the world a better place through her role as the 360 Lead for Regenerosity and Operations Lead at Spherical.

She focuses on catalyzing collective insights and supporting grassroots initiatives in stewarding ecosystems towards vibrant health, with a particular emphasis on regenerative practices in food sovereignty, livelihoods, ecology, and climate.

Faith has extensive experience in operations and program management, having led initiatives at the Buckminster Fuller Institute and working on various projects and programs aimed at designing and building systems from a whole systems perspective.

Her educational background includes studies in Permaculture Design, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) + Environmental Science, and Environmental Science from reputable institutions such as Occidental Arts and Ecology Center, University of Sydney, and Humboldt State University.

Throughout her career, Faith has held key roles in organizations like SPHERICAL, Regenerosity, Buckminster Fuller Institute, Taohaus, Duncan Channon, BDSG, and JUMBOshrimp, where she contributed her expertise in operations, project management, and environmental consultancy.

She has a strong belief in the power of trust, shared learning, and storytelling to drive impactful place-based initiatives, amplifying the voices and experiences of smallholder farmers and land-based communities worldwide.

Faith's work revolves around bridging experts with community leaders through sense-making practices and convening sessions, ultimately focusing on real-world solutions to global-scale problems.
