Fanny is the founder of FEMPO, the first French brand of menstrual underwear aimed at empowering women to experience their periods freely. She sold her company in 2023 and now focuses on new entrepreneurial ventures.

She is the author of a study on performance culture in companies since the 1960s and works as a management consultant specializing in corporate culture and integration of the Y generation. Until 2017, she was responsible for the development of the Rêv'Elles association, connecting young Millennials with major companies like Google, EDF, and IBM to adapt their HR policies to new generations.

Fanny holds a Master's degree in International Affairs, Economic policy, Project Management, and African Studies from Sciences Po. She also graduated with honors in Master II in Business Management and Decision-making Methods, Communication, and Marketing from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
