As the former President of the El-Hibri Foundation, Farhan led the organization in investing in Muslim leaders and their allies to enhance community capacity and resilience.

With a solid educational background including a Master's in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management/Philanthropy from Harvard University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Farhan possesses a strong academic foundation in both the nonprofit and business sectors.

Farhan Latif's career has seen him serve in various capacities including Executive Director at the Institute for Social Policy & Understanding, Chief Operating Officer & Director of Policy Impact at the same institute, and as a Founding Partner at Strategic Inspirations - Social Impact Consultants.

Furthermore, Farhan has engaged in advising government agencies, think tanks, civic organizations, and academic institutions on crucial issues such as national security, religious diversity, and social justice.

As a social entrepreneur and a fellow of the American Muslim Civic Leadership Institute, Farhan is dedicated to driving positive change and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities in society.
