Felice Gorordo

World Bank Alternate Executive Director for the United States

L. Felice Gorordo is the World Bank Alternate Executive Director for the United States, representing the U.S. on the Board of the World Bank Group.

With over two decades of leadership experience, Felice has been the CEO of three technology companies, an investor and advisor at global venture capital funds, and a board member of various for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Nominated by President Joe Biden and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in 2023, Felice has a strong background in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly in the Americas region.

He co-founded Roots of Hope, a non-profit empowering Cuban youth through technology and entrepreneurship, and has advised prominent figures like Juanes. Felice also played key roles in significant political and cultural events involving Cuba.

Previously, Felice held leadership positions at Clearpath, improving the U.S. immigration filing process, and served as an advisor to the Biden Cancer Initiative. He was also a White House Fellow during the Obama administration and held various roles in the George W. Bush administration.

An accomplished commentator and writer, Felice has appeared on major news networks and his articles have been featured in prominent publications.

Felice is a Georgetown University graduate and a Lifetime Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
