Felipe Pereira is a web professional with a strong focus on front-end performance, optimization best practices, accessibility, usability, information architecture, and web behavior. With a passion for mobile web development, Felipe has expertise in web app development using Sencha Touch and enjoys experimenting with various JS frameworks. While primarily working in front-end development, he has solid experience in PHP back-end development using Zend Framework, Silex, and CMS Drupal. Felipe has a confident grasp of PHP. In 2013/2014, he contributed to major Brazilian government portals like www.brasil.gov.br and www.planalto.gov.br, as well as websites for the Secretariat of Communication (www.secom.gov.br) and Human Rights (www.sdh.gov.br). He actively engaged with the Brazilian Plone Open Source community, particularly on the Standard Identity project for these portals. His involvement led to a speaking opportunity at the global Plone conference in Brasilia in 2013, where he shared insights from governmental projects.
