Highlights
Happy Thursday everyone, it's time for a new Quick Coffee episode 🔥
In this episode Patrick and I discuss the importance of building a strong company culture, especially in a remote work environment. We emphasise that culture is not just about having value posters on the wall, but about living those values in daily interactions.
While we are highlighting the significance of empathy, supportiveness, and collaboration in creating a positive culture we are also discussing the challenges of building culture remotely and the need for regular team gatherings.
Make sure to listen in and grab your coffee ☕💙
Today we are launching a new Quick Coffee episode and I couldn't be more excited about it 🚀 Patrick and I chatting about my recent trip to Japan, all things design, and our upcoming plans for 2024!
This podcast has always been a special project for me. It's a live journal of lessons and experiences both in our personal and professional lives. It's been one of the most authentic and personal projects we have ever started and I am super grateful for our community and regular listeners.
Thank you for being a part of this journey!
We are incredibly excited to be back with Quick Coffee. Lean back or take a walk, grab a coffee, and listen in!
