🎉 🏗️ Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for Jefferson Plaza Apartments, a new 100% affordable housing project that will not only provide much-needed housing but also leverage numerous investments along the Route 1 corridor.

“Revitalizing the Route 1 corridor has been one of my top priorities since being elected as the Woodbridge District supervisor four years ago. The Jefferson Plaza apartments are a key part of that revitalization effort,” said Woodbridge District Supervisor Margaret Franklin. “This is a redevelopment at its finest.”

We're proud to be part of this transformative project and look forward to witnessing Jefferson Plaza Apartments become a cornerstone of this community. Stay tuned for updates as we progress towards the completion of this landmark development! #Groundbreaking #CommunityDevelopment #AffordableHousing #Route1Corridor
