Building Aster: Ep. 1 - https://lnkd.in/gBSskhDv
I wanted to share a small snippet of a customer interaction we recently had. We were speaking with one our Texas based practices, going through the process of getting them set up on Aster. They mentioned that their clinic had grown quite a bit in the last 3-months, doubling in patient count, which was the driving factor in them choosing Aster. During the call they said.
"I’m getting so behind on charting because our current system is not set up for maternal health, our biller also told us we need to get out of this backlog as we've not been able to get reimbursed for 27 patients in the last few months - this is why we need to use Aster because you guys are built for our type of practice." - Nurse Practitioner Practice Owner, Dallas, TX.
We're bullish on private practice and most of all keeping them, private. Things like this speak to it directly - not being able to access your earned-revenue will compound over time and could be incredibly harmful to the practice's ability to grow and stay open!
Delighted we get to help in this way! 😊
