Fil Lekkas is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology, entrepreneurship, and government affairs. Currently serving as the Head of International Growth & Ventures Strategy at PUBLIC, he leads initiatives in driving the organization's global expansion and exploring new business opportunities. Additionally, Fil provides strategic guidance to GovMarket, a collaborative effort between PUBLIC and PwC focusing on the German market.

Fil's academic journey includes a wealth of prestigious institutions such as Yale University, Tsinghua University's Schwarzman Scholars program, and St. Catherine's British School. He holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Political Economy and Governance from Yale University and an M.A. in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University.

Throughout his career, Fil has held various significant roles, including Senior Associate and Product Manager at PUBLIC, Founder and Director of Synpraxis, and Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group. His diverse experiences also encompass positions at esteemed organizations such as the European Commission, Yale University, and openDemocracy. Fil's expertise spans technology management, strategic consulting, public policy, and international business development.

His involvement as the Co-Coach of the Greek National Debate Team at the World Schools Debating Championships showcases his dedication to fostering talent and nurturing the next generation of leaders.
