Highlights
After almost 20 incredible years of being a freelancer, interim consultant, and company builder, I want to start my next adventure!
It’s time to transition into a full-time, permanent role where I can commit long-term, bringing my diverse experience to a company—making an impact, while I’m still young :)
I’m super keen on roles in the following areas:
• Employee/People Experience
• Employer Branding
• People & Culture
• Organizational Development
• Culture Change
• Learning & Development
• Workshop Facilitation
• Talent Acquisition/Management/Ops
• Community/Event Management
• Talent Tech AI
For those who know me, you’re aware of my diverse career path. I started out as a software engineer and made a big leap into the people, talent, and culture space in 2015. Over the last 8+ years, I’ve had the pleasure of scaling teams, shaping employee experiences, and building startups from the ground up.
In 2015, after 11 years in software engineering, I accidentally transitioned to talent acquisition while supporting a CTO in building his tech team. This experience inspired me to co-create a tech talent community that eventually became a successful recruitment agency with @Ferenc, generating nearly €1 million in revenue within 4 years.
Since then, I’ve advised many founders—from early-stage startups to hypergrowth unicorns—implementing strategies that have driven success in people, talent, employer branding, learning & development, organizational development, and culture change. I can humbly say that my work has helped create radically transparent, people-centric organizations that attract and retain high-performing talent.
I’ve worked with some amazing clients, including HelloBetter, Clipboard Health, Aptible, Wonder, Layer, Deed, SmartRecruiters, AMBOSS, @Upvest, Tesonet, Nord Security, trivago, Ubisoft, Vodafone, 8fit now part of Withings, Zattoo and GetYourGuide.
I’ve facilitated workshops, built talent communities, and even organized one of the largest international WebRTC unConferences in 2021 with Sean DuBois. Most recently, during my time at HelloBetter, I developed an AI-powered Recruiting Co-pilot to automate the hiring process.

Let’s be honest, the job market is kinda brutal at the moment, especially for someone with a freelance profile competing against hundreds of others.
So, I’m incredibly thankful for any referrals, positive feedback, or simply some words of encouragement and a REPOST off course 🤗
