Forrest Hobbs is a seasoned business leader with 20 years of experience in mapping customer needs to technology solutions to address real business challenges.

He has a strong passion for constructing high-performance teams and guiding businesses through rapid growth and successful exits. His expertise spans B2B and B2B2C go-to-market strategies, field operations, demand generation, direct and partner sales, customer success, marketing, business development, channel/partner relationships, sales excellence, venture funding, M&A, and venture integration.

Throughout his career, Forrest has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of various startups, achieving remarkable milestones such as scaling revenue from $0 to over $1 billion ARR.

Noteworthy roles in his career include leading Usermind's transformation to enterprise and partner solutions, contributing to securing a $23.5 million series C funding.

At TeleSign, Forrest served as the SVP of WW Sales and Business Development, where he established and grew the sales, marketing, and client services departments, elevating the business to a $120 million ARR and securing $80 million in funding.

Prior to this, he played a pivotal role at Frontbridge, a company later acquired by Microsoft, and contributed significantly to the transition of Microsoft's sales and partner model to cloud services.

Apart from his tech ventures, Forrest also had a venture into media and entertainment by rebranding and facilitating the exit of Artisan Entertainment to Lionsgate, which led to the establishment of his first tech startup, MoWorks, a music licensing platform.

Before his tech career, Forrest spent eight years as a commercial fisherman in the challenging waters of the Bering Sea, Alaska.

Forrest Hobbs holds a degree in BA Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.

He has been associated with various organizations in advisory, board member, and executive roles, including Rainf4ll, Decisiv Inc., Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, Neuro-ID, Cloudleaf Inc., Knock® CRM, Forge, Usermind, TeleSign, Microsoft, and FrontBridge Technologies.
