With experience in international cooperation, Francesca served in various roles at the Agenzia Italiana Per La Cooperazione Allo Sviluppo, including as the OECD and DAC Peer Review and External Relations Focal Point.

Francesca's dedication to development work led her to serve as a Programme Officer and a United Nations Fellow at the agency's Dakar office, where she collaborated closely with the Ministry of Women, Family, and Childhood of Senegal.
