Francis NIZET is a French politician and public servant who has held various positions representing French citizens abroad. He has been serving as a Conseiller Consulaire (Consular Councillor) at the Assemblée Des Français De L'Etranger (Assembly of French Citizens Abroad) since May 2014.2
