Franciscus Maas is a seasoned hydraulic engineer, asset management specialist, and project manager with extensive experience in water management, modelling, and design. He attended the prestigious Technische Universiteit Delft and the University of Canterbury where he studied civil engineering and honed his skills in hydraulic modelling with tools such as Mike11, Mike21, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, and SWAN. He has designed and analyzed hydraulic structures and systems for a variety of projects, including bridges in New Zealand such as SH1 Opaoa and SH7 Ahaura. Franciscus is also an expert in asset management, having implemented the Hansen Asset Valuation Module and designed various databases that helped UHCC manage their assets effectively.
