Frank Lofaro is a seasoned business executive with a passion for serving marginalized communities through Christian non-profit organizations. With over 20 years of experience, Frank has specialized in strategic planning, fundraising, and program design for faith-based entities.

Frank's journey in ministry began in 1994 when he connected with key figures at Prison Fellowship International (PFI) after selling his manufacturing company, Kenstan Lock and Hardware. His expertise as a competent business executive led him to assume the role of Executive Director at PFI, marking a significant shift in his career.

From 2012 to 2018, Frank served as the CEO of Prison Fellowship International, where he spearheaded reengineering initiatives and successfully transitioned leadership. Following this, he joined the American Bible Society as the Executive Director of the Armed Services Ministry, further extending his impact in the non-profit sector.

Frank holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from the State University of NY at Stony Brook and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Long Island University.

Throughout his career, Frank has held prominent positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Prison Fellowship International, President & CEO at Christian Leadership Alliance, Senior Vice President at Dare Mighty Things, and various leadership roles at Prison Fellowship USA, Kenstan Lock and Hardware, and Tiffany Cafes, Inc.

With a wealth of experience in executive leadership within the non-profit landscape, Frank Lofaro continues to make a meaningful impact in uplifting communities and advancing the mission of Christian organizations.
