Frank V. Zerunyan, J.D., is a multifaceted professional with a diverse background in governance, law, education, and consulting.

With a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law, a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from California State University, Long Beach, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Western State College of Law, Frank V. Zerunyan brings a wealth of academic knowledge to his various roles.

Throughout his career, Frank V. Zerunyan has served in prominent positions such as Mayor, Council Member, Gubernatorial Appointee, Lawyer, Judge Pro Tem, Consultant, Board Member, Author, and Professor, showcasing his versatility and expertise in multiple fields.

He has also been honored with an LL.D. Doctor of Laws by the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia in 2018, recognizing his outstanding contributions to the field of public administration.

Frank V. Zerunyan has a rich organizational background, having held leadership roles such as the Past President of the California Contract Cities Association, Professor of the Practice and Director of Executive Education at the University of Southern California, Principal and Founder of Public-Private Community Development, and Committee Member at the Southern California Association of Governments, among others.

His experience as a Two-Term Mayor and Council Member at the City of Rolling Hills Estates, as well as a Board Member at the Medical Board of California, further highlights his deep involvement in public service and governance.
