Highlights
The Dagster Essentials certification from Dagster Labs is both a tremendous introduction to data orchestration and a nice addition to your professional profile. It's free, it's online, and only requires basic Python skills.
Managing a small marketing team can often resemble a juggling act.
Virtual work environments have become the norm for many of us, which can sometimes result in feelings of isolation and anxiety.
Balancing team management and achieving KPIs from a home office can be particularly stressful.
It’s easy to become consumed by the numbers and lose sight of the bigger picture. In my experience, it is essential to step back and ensure that you have a clear strategy and set goals. In the immediate term, organizations value a well-thought-out plan and strategic vision more than mere execution.
If you are feeling pressured, concentrate on aligning with the senior team and the organization's long-term direction.
How do you strike a balance between strategy and execution? These are the kind of topics we explore at the Marketing Leader Roundtable here: https://lnkd.in/euDE_eVY
