Fred Keller is the Founder and Chair of Cascade Engineering, a company he established in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1973. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University and a Master's degree in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute at Hartford.
Fred Keller started Cascade Engineering with the vision of running a successful business while fostering a culture of dignity and respect for employees. What began as a small operation with six employees in a 10,000 square foot building has evolved into a company that now employs 1600 individuals across multiple facilities in the US and Europe.
Under Fred Keller's leadership, Cascade Engineering has expanded to operate in six US locations, in addition to having European operations based in Budapest, Hungary. As the Founder and Chair of the organization, Fred continues to drive the company's growth and commitment to a people-centric approach in business.
