Frederik Walther is a legal professional with a keen interest in labor law, human rights, and public law. Additionally, he obtained a merit in three subjects in International Business and Politics from Copenhagen Business School.

Throughout his career, Frederik has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing his versatility and dedication. He served as an Overenskomstforhandler fuldmægtig at Medarbejder- og Kompetencestyrelsen, previously worked as a Fuldmægtig at Justitsministeriet/Ministry of Justice, and gained experience as a Studentermedhjælper at Folketingets Ombudsmand. He has also worked as a Juridisk Assistent at Ehmer Pramming Advokater, a Vikar at Moment A/S, and a Lektiehjælper at Lektiehjælpen.nu among other roles.

With a rich background encompassing roles such as Researcher at Aalund Business Research, Lærervikar and Støttelærer at Rønde Privatskole, and Office Supporter at Crisplant A/S, Frederik has honed his skills across various domains.
