Gabriella Marie Landeros, a professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Cultural Studies and a minor in Spanish from the University of California, Riverside, has a diverse background in communications and public relations. Currently serving as a Communications Consultant for the California Teachers Association, Gabriella coordinates media efforts statewide and provides support to local chapters. Previously, she held key positions such as Communications Director for City of Los Angeles Councilwoman Nury Martinez and Press Secretary for the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor, AFL-CIO, where she managed media needs for over 300 labor unions and 800,000 workers. Gabriella also excelled in her role as a Vice-Chairperson on the Planning Commission for her hometown, becoming the first woman to hold a leadership position on this Commission. Prior to her current role, she was a Presidential Appointee in the Obama Administration, where she served as a Press Assistant at the U.S. Department of Commerce, creating bilingual media content for the Secretary’s agenda. With specialties in writing, editing, public relations, marketing, social media, and Spanish translation, Gabriella brings a wealth of expertise to her work.
