Garrett Gravesen is the co-founder of ADDO Worldwide, a leadership consulting firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.58 ADDO Worldwide was named the Best Place to Work in Atlanta.128 ADDO's clients include Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, and the Atlanta Braves.12 Most recently, ADDO developed Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, a servant leadership-based program that trains more than 30,000 leaders annually.12 ADDO is the Latin word for "Inspire" and is a creative consultancy that inspires brand loyalty in customers and employees.36

Gravesen is also an author and speaker.47 He wrote the international bestseller, "10 Seconds of Insane Courage".21 He shares his insights on leadership, culture, and courage at conferences, companies, and universities.8 Junior Chamber International in India named him one of the "Ten Outstanding Young People in the World".1 He has visited 197 countries.18

Gravesen studied economics at the University of Georgia and leadership development at Harvard Business School.12
