Sent to the ITAMCO Team,

Here we are again, on the edge of ending one orbit around the sun, and beginning a new one.

Some would say, “out with the old, and in with the new.” The more negative your current experience the more I suppose you feel that way.

I take a bit of a different approach moving from 2023 and on to 2024.

Everyone at ITAMCO has accomplished things that you didn’t think possible at the end of 2022. You have pushed yourself, worked together to find solutions, and now are witnessing a culmination of efforts which are nothing short of amazing.

I can’t thank you enough for your diligence. Sticking to the day to day, while still searching for longer term solutions is a tremendous differentiator in manufacturing.

I suggest we take what we have learned in 2023(old), and double down on our dreams of kindness, hope and prosperity, to make 2024(new) another year to remember.

ITAMCO is not perfect, and as much as I would like it to be, it is not possible. Striving for perfection is possible. A fruit tree never grows if a seed wasn’t there first. So nurture the seeds that have been planted in 2023 and before, and let’s plant more seeds!!

Thanks for your kindness and care for each other.

Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas!!

That is a phrase that just about everyone has heard at one time or another.

Even though the origins and meaning of that saying are sometimes disputed, it is generally accepted that when said today, it is an expression of Joy and Happiness from deep within.

Everyone has different life circumstances and sometimes, even in this season, it may be hard to laugh and be jolly.

Saint Nicholas of Myra, in now what is called Turkey, began a practice of giving to those less fortunate. As the traditions and customs continued to develop, the figure we call Santa Claus came into being. With the North Pole his home, and his army of elves making the Christmas gifts, he became a cultural icon!

The amazing thing about all of this is that Saint Nicholas was inspired by a gift given 300+ years before his time. The gift of God’s son, Jesus, to this earth. The angels that announced Christ’s birth said:

“Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, good will toward men.”

This is a time when we can be a blessing to others thru our acts of kindness. We all like gifts, and nice things done for us, but even a kind word is appreciated.

I hope you all have a great holiday, remembering the beginning of Christmas and how that impacts and inspires our lives.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!!   Gary L. Neidig President/CEO
