I am hiring for a role to join my team. This team helps drive Dalberg's global strategy and supports development of important new external relationships. What's great about this opportunity is that while I am fairly challenging to work with, the other members of the team, Arianna Freschi and Costin Dobrin, are veritable superstar colleagues.
Our team is looking for someone who is magnetic with clients, is authentic in their desire for impact and can work at an often unreasonable pace of output (and you have spent at least 5 years honing and proving these qualities). Your official title will be 'Client Development Manager', but I can't guarantee that is all you will do.
The role will be based in any of our Asia Pacific offices. The team is geographically spread but we find ways to meet each other in weird and wonderful places (see photographic evidence below).

Alternatively, you can send me a 5 slide pitch deck on: 'Interesting client/s that you feel Dalberg probably doesn't serve but should serve, and why'. Send your deck to [email protected]. We will have the best responses go straight to interviews. Deadline is end March.
