Highlights
This July, the second edition of Belmond’s LVMH Private Client Relations Think Tank was hosted at the stunning Maroma, A Belmond Hotel property in the Riviera Maya. It was wonderful to witness this event bringing together an exceptional group of leading client advisors and client-focused talent representing CRM, clienteling, and private client relations from 15 Maisons across the Americas.
Together, we focused on exploring actionable strategies to further elevate client service and drive growth by harnessing the power of the LVMH portfolio. The event fostered a strong sense of community and tackled key challenges including: how to navigate heightened commercial pressure while scaling personalized relationships; and how to craft innovative, compelling experiences that consistently delight our clients.
I left Maroma feeling inspired by the cross-functional dialogue, knowledge sharing, and collective drive to maintain customer trust and remain the forward-looking global leader in the luxury business. Attendees and I gained valuable insights for superior client service, and set ambitious goals that align with our perpetual, meticulous attention to detail in pursuit of excellence across LVMH products and services.

As we celebrated National Intern Day yesterday, I am glad to share two recent moments where I had the distinct pleasure of conversing and sharing my professional journey with some of our wonderful interns at LVMH North America.
First, as a part of the Tiffany & Co.’s Leader Speaker Series, I met the talented Tiffany & Co. summer 2024 intern cohort. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Emily A. Ross for moderating the event and sparking such an engaging conversation.
Second, I hosted a breakfast with LVMH Inc. interns with whom I was honored to share my career experiences as well as insights gleaned along the way.
It was a privilege to connect with such passionate audiences as we always look for ways to engage and better understand the goals and values of our early talent within the LVMH ecosystem. I always enjoy sharing my tips on networking etiquette, my passion for mental health support in the workplace, and encouraging our early talent to channel their enthusiasm to shape their own progress in their careers.
Opportunities like this underscore our commitment at LVMH to fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and mentorship, and I am so proud to be part of it.
