Highlights
I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Executive Officer at NCFDD!
Very happy to announce my new role as CEO of NCFDD, the leader in faculty professional development. I've been fortunate to help build and grow companies at the forefront of educational innovation, including Entangled, Guild, and Minerva Project. I'm excited to join the NCFDD team and help expand its impact for a few reasons:
- The NCFDD mission is all about empowering faculty with evidence-based professional development programs
- There's a sea change in higher ed (changing student needs, enrollment cliff, declining value perception, generative AI), and faculty are at the center of it
- Even though institutions say faculty are the heart of what they do (be it teaching or research), most universities are not set-up to provide enough support and mentorship to ensure faculty success
- NCFDD has been helping faculty be more productive, improve their well-being, achieve research success, and progress in their academic careers for 15 years
- NCFDD helps over 340 institutions achieve critical goals around faculty retention, research productivity, professional development, and satisfaction
To my friends at universities, please reach out! Would love to explore how you're approaching faculty and leadership professional development and how NCFDD can help.
