After 5 years leading the EHR and CareerPath teams at Optimum, I'm excited to be leaving for a new opportunity in a couple of weeks. That means there's a new opportunity at Optimum for someone else!
If you have 7+ years of HIT technology leadership experience and are interested in leading a large consulting practice to help providers get the most out of their application stack, see below. Happy to chat with anyone who is interested.
One of the things I'm most excited about at Optimum is the work we're doing across platforms to streamline healthcare providers' tech stacks and processes.
Our most recent target - onerous, time-consuming, and painful EHR test script development and testing.
Imagine implementing a fast and seamless test management process without: ❌ Hard to manage hand-offs ❌ Confusing and opaque script and defect statuses ❌ Overwhelmed IT and informatics teams ❌ Excel based testing workflows Sounds too good to be true? Most healthcare IT teams continue to rely on manual processes, disjointed Excel scripts and trackers, and inefficient communication and tracking methodologies. This was the reality for our friends at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare (MLH) before they partnered with Optimum to transform their Epic test management process and create what our Epic counterparts described as one of the most successful integrated testing efforts they've ever seen. Join MLH’s IT Testing Coordinator, @Connie Burse, myself, and Sr. Director of Customer Success, Natalie Tollefson, SPHR Tollefson, for our upcoming Healthy as Tech talk. In this talk, you’ll hear: 👂 Real-life examples of challenges MLH faced with test management 👂 Steps they took to overcome those challenges 👂 3 things you can do right now to reduce testing time and increase accuracy and efficiency Grab your (virtual) seat here: https://lnkd.in/dgCzEmfU
