With a background in psychology and sociology from Queens College, Geri has delved into researching and advocating for women's challenges and successes as entrepreneurs.

She authored 'Forget the Glass Ceiling: Build Your Business Without One' to highlight the leadership capabilities of women in business. Geri's commitment to supporting women-led businesses led her to explore investment crowdfunding to help female entrepreneurs secure funding. Her hands-on research approach and belief in collaboration have been instrumental in addressing entrepreneurial challenges.

Geri's expertise extends to teaching entrepreneurship at The New School, facilitating Kauffman FastTrac courses for NYC small business owners, and contributing to Forbes on women entrepreneurs' success factors. She is the founder of Ventureneer, a platform offering research, training, and content marketing opportunities to enhance visibility and brand loyalty for entities targeting entrepreneurs and small business owners.
