Gijs Ockeloen is a design introspector with a keen interest in the socio-cultural implications of technology. He co-owns the Amsterdam-based innovation consultancy Reframing Studio. Gijs was born in 1957 and pursued his education at Delft University, specializing in Industrial Design. He furthered his studies by spending a semester at the Ohio State University, focusing on Semantic Applications in Product Design under the guidance of professor Reinhard Butter.
