🚀 Exciting Research Project Alert: Alumni Networks for Maersk! 🌟
Hello LinkedIn Community, As part of our ongoing DEI projects, we have a team conducting a research project looking at alumni networks with a special focus on attracting talented women back to the workplace. At this point, we are researching and looking at the feasibility of creating a robust and supportive community. that not only reconnects former employees but also encourages their return, bringing their valuable experience and skills back to our organization. (So not too big an ask from me 😄)
Currently, our dedicated team (pictured below with their lovely smiling faces 😊) is conducting research into how other companies organise and leverage their alumni programs. We believe that learning from the best practices and innovative strategies of others can help us build a network that truly makes a difference.
💡 We need your expertise and insights! 🙏
