“Where flowers bloom, so does hope.” That quote resonated with me this week as I, along with many of my Cencora colleagues, joined the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge to unveil the Cencora Reflection Garden on their grounds. We hope those who visit the garden find a sanctuary as they undergo treatment.

Today I shared with my colleagues my plans to retire at the end of our fiscal year. Cencora has been my professional home for nearly two decades and my time here has been filled with countless moments of pride, joy, and fulfilment. It has been an awe-inspiring privilege to support and witness our collective journey to grow this unique and exceptional company from a U.S.-focused pharmaceutical distributor to a global, purpose-driven, healthcare leader. While I will conclude my time with Cencora in September, my celebration of the inspiring work of my talented colleagues and bold industry leadership will not cease.
