Gino Ferrand is a digital nomad and the founder of TECLA, a remote hiring network for tech companies, and Capitanos, an indie gaming studio based in Seattle.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Gino has led his companies remotely for the past decade, residing in various cities such as Lima, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.

He holds degrees in Business Administration, Finance from the University of San Diego, and a Master's in Management from the University of London. Gino is also a self-taught programmer proficient in JavaScript, C#, Node.js, Unity, HTML/CSS.

Through TECLA, Gino facilitates the recruitment of senior remote software engineers from Central and South America for tech companies, offering full-time remote or relocation opportunities.

Capitanos, founded in 2019 by Gino, focuses on developing multiplayer RPG games for mid-core and core gamers, with their title 'Darkzone: Idle RPG' available on iOS and Android with plans for an early PC release.

Gino has collaborated with startups to large enterprises and prominent brands like BMW, Miller, Roche, and Genentech, helping companies across various industries with talent development and recruitment.

His educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from the University of London, Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Finance from the University of San Diego, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Florence University of the Arts.
