Design Thinker - Circular Economy Business Designer - New Economy Changemaker

Giselle Della Mea Camblong is a purpose-driven serial entrepreneur recognized as a 'Changemaker' by The Economist for her potential to influence policy and business over the future.

With a passion for implementing Design Thinking to address complex issues around human needs and environmental challenges, Giselle focuses on fostering innovation and enhancing organizations and urban areas.

She is the co-founder of Innodriven, an innovation firm specializing in new economies and design thinking practices, and the founder of 3vectores, the first certified B Corporation in Uruguay, which emphasizes circular design, sustainability, and strategic design solutions.

Giselle is a driving force behind the B Corporation movement in Uruguay through 'Sistema B' and serves as the Founding Curator of Montevideo HUB for the Global Shapers Community, an initiative by the World Economic Forum.

Acting as the focal point for the Design Thinking Group in Argentina and Uruguay, she also has a role as the Director of TEDxPuntadelEste, mentor, and licensee.

Her educational background includes a degree in Design from ORT University Uruguay and a Master's in Business Design (MBD) from Domus Academy in Milan, Italy.

She is a co-author of 'Business Model You', a method for reinventing careers, and has contributed to the Spanish version of the bestseller 'Business Model Generation' by Alex Osterwalder.

Giselle shares her expertise as a professor of design thinking at ORT University Uruguay and as a Board Member of Uruguay's Country Brand team under the Ministry of Tourism.

Her professional journey features various roles in sustainability, circular economy, and social innovation campaigns, along with victories in national and international design competitions.

She has been recognized by the Ministry of Labor in Italy for the 'Promozione del Made in Italy' project and is an international speaker and facilitator in design thinking and new economies.
