Reflecting on my journey with Flip, not a lot of people know that I have known Flip since before the inception of the idea. So when Rafi Putra Arriyan asked me to co-lead Flip, my answer was a definite Yes. These past 2.5 years have flown by, filled with growth, challenges, and achievements
Since then, we have made significant progress. Flip has grown into facilitating tens of billions of dollars in transactions annually, serving millions of individuals and business owners every month. We have transformed into multi-products platform and expanded our offerings and venturing into new products and services to address new needs. Notably, we've done those while achieving a significant turnaround in our unit economics only in the span of one year
This won't be possible without the team - A group of young, curious and humble professionals who set their mind to create impact and spread fairness in the market; Who has been willing to learn and grow, evolving our culture into performance-oriented. It carries different weight now to become a part of Flip, attracting more great talents to our cause and be part of the journey
As I move on from my day-to-day responsibilities at Flip, I carry with me a gratitude for having been part of the Flip Family. Together, we’ve laid a solid foundation for future growth, and I am confident that the team, alongside a new generation of leaders, will propel Flip to new heights. My support and belief in Flip’s mission will continue as I cheer from the sidelines.
Here's to continued success—onwards and upwards!
