Glenn Schiffman

Glenn Schiffman is a highly accomplished professional, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of IAC. With a distinguished 25-year career in investment banking, Glenn has held various leadership, management, origination, and execution roles.

Prior to joining IAC, Glenn was a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities and a partner at The Raine Group. He also served as Senior Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking, Americas, and CEO of Nomura Securities North America, LLC.

During his tenure at Nomura and Lehman Brothers, Glenn led the investment banking divisions to achieve a number one ranking in Asia Pacific M&A. He has a track record of executing deals exceeding $100 billion for prestigious global clients.

Glenn started his career at Lehman Brothers in 1991 and held various roles of increasing responsibility, including Co-Head of Internet Group, Co-Head of US Media business, and Co-Head of the Global Media Group.

In recognition of his achievements, Glenn was named the 2009 Asia M&A Banker of the Year by the Asia Atlas Awards. Apart from his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in philanthropic activities, being a founder and Chairman of the Valerie Fund Endowment.

Glenn holds a degree in Economics and History from Duke University. He has also contributed to the academic community by serving as a Member of the Board of Visitors for the Duke University Medical School.

Additionally, Glenn has held positions on the boards of various organizations, including Angi Homeservices, Match.Com, and the Valerie Fund, showcasing his broad expertise and commitment to diverse sectors.
