She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from CUNY New York City College of Technology and a High School Diploma in Fashion/Apparel Design from High School of Fashion Industries. Glenylis has a strong academic background in hospitality and management.

Throughout her career, Glenylis has held various roles that have contributed to her expertise in planning, logistics, and communication. She has previously worked as a Facilities Coordinator and Events Coordinator at JLL, Global Special Events Assistant at DKMS US, Guest Service Agent at Rapport Guest Services, and Events & Communications Intern at Jewish Foundation for Education of Women (JFEW), among others. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive skill set in event coordination and guest services.

In addition to her professional experiences, Glenylis has a history of involvement in the hospitality and events industry. She has served as a Dining Room Assistant at CUNY New York City College of Technology, Host at Burke & Wills, and Intern at Buttermilk Channel and The James Beard Foundation. These roles have allowed her to gain hands-on experience in food service and event planning.
